8.0Bon séjour dans ce logement dans son ensemble. Petit bémol tout de même : nous étions 6 et la table à manger était minuscule et il manquait un peu de matériel dans la cuisine. Mais en dehors de cela, le logement était propre et bien localisé. La procédure d’arrivée n’était pas très simple mais le propriétaire a été assez rapide à nous informer.
Spacious but needs some upkeep
6.0The location was central and the apartment was clean and spacious, and our host was communicative. However, the AC wasn’t working, we had trouble with the washer (it wouldn’t drain) and not all windows had curtains. Checking out was complicated bc you need the keys to exit the building (but then had to return them to the unit). Contactless checkin would have been preferred too, especially since our flight arrived so late.

8.0We loved the condo building! The pool area is amazing! Nice gym! The apartment was huge with bedrooms on opposite ends and a tub that was so deep and so massive (a zen for tired body after all the walking!!) but could have been cleaner and perhaps replacing overly stained items like the breakfast bar stools. It’s sad guests treat things so terribly! Our host was prompt, kind and informative. The apartment had condiments as well as coffee and cream and sugar, popcorn, and all the items needed to cook. The Yard House sports bar/restaurant is right across the street as well as a kabob restaurant, korean restaurant and a vegan style tea house. A theatre to catch a movie is at the end of the block. I would stay again!

8.0We enjoyed the stay. It’s a very nice place with nice finishes in the Condo. The walk from the parking garage is a bit far as it’s the furthest location from parking. This property is convenient to shopping, dining, and groceries. Many options! Not far from the beach. Garbage disposal needs fixed if you are cooking and staying multiple days.

6.0The representative made me pay again with another credit card even though I already payed for the unit with another credit card and they were going to refund somehow on a discontinued credit card … I have never had a more confusing experience with Expedia before and I have concerns about the Expedia representative not knowing I paid before and demanding I paid with a receipt
