A perfect property well appointed, spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay
10.0It’s a lovely spacious property with great features. It was in a perfect position for us to play golf and Broughty Ferry has lots of great bars and shops.
− One of the upstairs beds is quite low and the mattress could do with a large topper or deeper mattress. Appreciate the headspace constraints.
Really happy with our stay, we all enjoyed the property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
9.0Really close to seafront and amenities but quiet at night. Well laid out. Thoughtful design, soft furnishings and good lighting! Lovely space to relax with friends.
− Lack of bedside lamp/ plug socket in third bedroom. Loose hot tap in main bathroom.

− The shower pressure was weak. The in-house pack didn't mention the requirement to strip beds and empty bins, as requested in the email.
