Not safe for families.uncomfortable
2.0Not safe for families. Around 3:30 AM, something in the room started beeping continuously. I woke up frightened and called the service desk for help. The staff member came and temporarily covered the device with paper and cello tape until the sound stopped, but the issue continued through the night. I also requested drinking water, which was not provided even after one hour and multiple follow-ups. The service desk staff was arrogant and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable.
