I think to avoid this Appartement Hotel. Even if staff is helpfull and Friends and will a
6.0Staff ok. However, Management totally incompetent. 4 hours to decide if late checkout is possible. And then at horendous additional rate. Very, very unpleasent. I was not able to see any one who had the power to decide. Looks like Orwell 1984 the big Brother. But Never Access to the big Brother. Very, very unhuman and you dont feel you are welcome and Respektes as guest.
My stay was bad , first they delayed to check me in until I had to wait for someone to come ; second they overcharged me

Great location, brilliant staff and socialable
9.0Self contained flat had great kitchen and the bathroom was lovely and soft, and the staff was great.
− Could have done with a bedside table lamp and a net curtain so I had light coming in and had privacy.
