8.0This is a simple hotel, not far from the beach or the facilities of Jomtien Complex. It has air-con, TV, safe. Good bedding. No food but there is a good coffee machine. Good value.

Budget hotel don't expect much
6.0Look this is a budget hotel with staff that don't appear too happy in there roles and a hotel that is just ok not good or bad . It's shower rooms are ok and the rooms tidy and neat and to be fair have been done to a reasonable standard . Drinks in the fridge are not free btw/ the staff do look unhappy and we ran out of water during the stay / did speak to owner who just left it to staff and did not attend site overall budget stay in Jontiem with fairly ok rooms
