10.0Perfect 10! The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Modern facilities, and every detail was well thought out. The lock on the door was by code, so no carrying keys around. A hot breakfast choice every day with other options too. Gloria and Frankie were the perfect hosts, they couldn't have done anything more for us. They were friendly, attentive and helpful in local transport, eateries and places to visit. We would definitely recommend to others and would happily visit again in the future.

10.0The property is very clean and welcoming. Our bedroom was big and the shower was excellent. The dining room/lounge is cosy and has a selection of board games. It is nicely decorated with comfortable seats. Gloria and Frankie are lovely people, very friendly and helpful. There was a folder in our room with lots of info about the local area, restaurants etc. The folder was really well done with clear maps and practical info.

10.0Very comfortable and modern B&B with lovely hosts, an amazing breakfast and great location for travel into and around Manchester via the tram network. The closest stop at Old Trafford is an easy 10 minute walk away.
