− As Booking.com acknowledged in your previous message, this property failed to provide basic services and the host was unresponsive throughout my stay. Before arriving in Ushuaia, I made several attempts to contact the host by phone, through Booking.com, and by email, but I never received a response. After I arrived, I continued trying to reach them without success. All of my calls, messages, and emails were ignored. The only reason we eventually received a reply was because my partner contacted the host using her phone number. Had she not done so, I believe we would never have received any response at all. There was no hot water for several days. We first reported the issue more than 48 hours ago, but despite our repeated messages, emails, and phone calls, the host failed to resolve the problem or provide any meaningful assistance. Hot water is an essential service that was advertised as part of the accommodation and should have been available at all times. I would also like to emphasize that I stayed in Ushuaia, where temperatures were below freezing. In these conditions, hot water is not a luxury—it is a basic necessity. Being unable to take a hot shower for several days made the accommodation unsuitable and caused significant discomfort. The lack of communication and the absence of such an essential service caused unnecessary stress and seriously affected my trip. I booked this property expecting the minimum standards of hospitality and the services advertised on Booking.com, but those expectations were not met.

− no pude establecer comunicación con los anfitriones fuera del horario de atte. de oficinas o durante el fin de semana tuve dos consultas importantes y nadie contestó. tuve la oportunidad, después, de conversar sobre el tema, con ellos y prometieron solucionarlo

La vista es hermosa, el depto bello y muy calentito

− Había alarma que sonaba MUY fuerte al menos una vez por día en todo el edificio (al parecer, se activa cuando alguien del edificio fuma adentro de su casa). Fue MUY dificil hablar con un humano, ya sea para consultar sobre esa alarma que se activo 4 am la primera vez, como para reservar el spa. También habia vajilla sucia en el departamento.
