This the Sea building, Room was dirty, food is overpriced, staff not friendly and the beach was full of garbage, I booked and paid for 6 nights but only stayed 4 nights.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth a Return Visit This was my second time staying at Empyrean Cam Ranh, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I traveled with my family of five, including a small child and a pregnant woman, and our overall experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there were 2–3 staff members standing at the entrance, yet none of them offered to help with our luggage. Despite our group clearly including a child and an expectant mother, we received no greeting or warm welcome—just indifference. The attitude and demeanor of the male staff at the door were unprofessional, careless, and completely out of line for a supposed 5-star hotel. The check-in process was disorganized and frustrating. We were unnecessarily shuffled from one counter to another, even though the procedures could clearly be handled at any of them. The breakfast was a major letdown. Both the main and side dishes were poorly prepared and lacked quality. Housekeeping was careless as well. Our room was not properly cleaned—trash was left in place, and the space was far from tidy. To top it all off, during check-out, we were left waiting for 40 minutes without any updates or communication regarding the room inspection. The lack of professionalism and basic hospitality throughout the stay was astonishing. To be honest, the entire experience felt more like a 1-star motel than a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend Empyrean Cam Ranh to anyone and will definitely not return.

We booked 3 rooms and stayed a night before our international flight. It was terrible experience, too crowded and under staffing. Not so many activities for kids. Food quality was bad, we got abdominal pain with diarrhea after eating breakfast buffet. Would not recommend this resort.

We had a company combine with family trip over the past weekend and truly enjoyed a wonderful beachside dinner on the lawn. Great food, beautiful setup, and excellent service! Many thanks to Mr. Thang and Mr. Anh from the F&B team for their warm hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Thanh (FBM) for organizing everything so perfectly. We also appreciate the kind support from Mr. Son (FOM) and Ms. Thuy (DM). The sunrise here was absolutely stunning – a perfect start to a perfect day. Thank you all for making our trip so memorable!
