9.0Insgesamt hat mir besonders die Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr gefallen. Trotz der Sprachbarriere, da ich kein Portugiesisch spreche, konnten wir alles bei Bedarf problemlos per WhatsApp klären. Der Pool ist absolut fantastisch! Allein dafür lohnt es sich schon, diesen Ort mindestens einmal erlebt zu haben. Insgesamt eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wenn ich nochmal wiederkomme, würde ich definitiv wieder für ein paar Tage hier buchen.
− Leider war es an ein paar Tagen aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen nicht möglich, den Strand zu nutzen, weil das Wasser einfach zu hoch stand. Das war natürlich etwas ärgerlich, da man das Hotel auch wegen der Lounges am Strand gebucht hat. Allerdings kann weder das Personal noch das Hotel etwas für das Wetter. Im Gegenteil — sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben bei der Suche nach Alternativen unterstützt. Auch anfängliche Missverständnisse bzw. kleinere Differenzen konnten wir problemlos klären, und ich habe sogar zwei Drinks als nette Wiedergutmachung angeboten bekommen.
