8.0Our unit was a 'basement' unit - enter on the parking level, main rooms downstairs. Dated, but very clean, bed and bedding were very good. The smell - wet dog? Mold? Soggy crawl space? - was too much for us. For that reason, not a first choice for us in this area for future visits. Also, the office was closed on the day when we needed to adjust our dates (on a Wednesday - office was noted to be open 5 days a week) so we were left with no options when we tried to makes changes within our cancellation/change period. We noted this to the office staff when we checked in, but they only confirmed that they were in fact usually closed on Wednesdays, so we paid for one extra smelly day.

10.0The property is so nice. It is dated, but comfortable, clean, and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. They even had a couple of small boxes of laundry detergent which was nice. There is a deck that overlooks the golf course to enjoy over morning coffee. The amenities were lovely - putt-putt golf, swimming, and playgrounds for the kids. We loved it! The entire staff was helpful and friendly.
A decent place to stay
8.0We loved the place. It was very clean. The pricing was good. No it is not a fancy place. It does have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only real downfall is the uncomfortable pull out couch. It could definitely use better padding, but my grandsons were so happy to be able to sleep up stairs.
