10.0Everything was stunning!
− The one bedroom was too small with no cupboards. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect!
Excellent location but property in desperate need of maintenance and improved management.
5.0Location and size of property. the cleaner Mary was also great!
− The property is in desperate need of maintenance. -There are broken doors, broken sliding doors, a leak in the main walkway and noisy plumbing. -There are also only two very old cushions for 4 loungers and no umbrellas. -The kitchen facilities are very old and could do with updating. -There is an unsightly fence in front of the property which isn't visibly in the photos on Booking.com!! -Our shower door was completely broken off, so we never had a working shower door. -Host Agents who 'manage' the property were useless and we never saw them once. When I contacted them about the leak, they acknowledged my message and I never heard from them again........thank goodness for Mary the cleaner, who was great and helped us where they were absent. -Regarding the broken shower door, they simply said they knew about it and planned to fix it in January..........(despite the fact it had clearly been broken for some time) -We had no contact from Host Agents when leaving which was also poor!

− That it was a old house, it didn't have a tumble dryer, the gas stove made the pots black, there must be something wrong with the gas connection or the gas.
It was a pleasant stay.
7.0The location was great, right on a small private beach. The hosts were great, they let us check in earlier. They were easy to communicate with and always responsive.
− The property is a bit older and could do with some maintenance. Some paint work required here and there. One air-condition unit is in disrepair, seems like it has been that way for a while as the cupboard underneath it is water logged and breaking down.
