7.0Good value for money compared to other hotels in Kars. Simple and functional. Top location right in the center. 10 minutes walk from train and bus stations. Staff is friendly and offered us tea on arrival and departure. Late check in. Seemed clean.
− needs proper window blinds as it is a little too bright from outside street lights during the night would be good to have at least a kettle in the room to make some tea or coffee wifi is too slow and often cuts out, needs better router setup. no room service or fresh towels on multi day stays.
