We had a great time. So wonderful to be able to really relax in the peaceful surroundings.
9.0Location was wonderful - quiet and peaceful, on the lake, lots of water 'toys' - sup, kayak, canoes, rowboats to use. BBQ on the deck of our cottage - large front deck, enough dishes and pots and pans. Cottage is older, and rustic, but has everything you might want. It would be a perfect spot to go with your children - besides boats, there is a beach from which the weeds have been cleared, ping/pong table and bats, life jackets provided. Beautiful old growth forest between cottages and road. All in all, a great place to stay - only 10-15 min. to Ganges for groceries and restaurants etc.
− Please put the scrubbing pads on the counter or with the cutlery - we didn't find them until we were doing our final batch of dishes and feared we might not be able to scrub them out properly - probably our fault for not looking thoroughly!
We had a great Easter long weekend here with family. The kids had a blast.
10.0Everything, we enjoyed boating and playing games by the beach. It was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't change anything.
