Have visited this property last week its a great 4* hotel offering spacious rooms with needed facilities for business and leisure travelers the property has indoor swimming pool, lobby restaurant is nicely decorated the breakfast is perfect and their lobby lounge was almost empty however its good area to meet your business partners hotel is ideally located steps away from the business district and major attractions such the Arab League Gardens, government offices ,banks as well as numerous dinning options its a property that I highly recommended for its service and cleanness level housekeeping are doing efforts to let your room fresh all the time this property remains best value for money comparing to others where I stayed before

The hotel is well located and has an amazing staff from the security to the general manager. I really enjoyed my stay and they have good facilities like the spa, the inside pool and the breakfast is also good and complete. I will come again for sure

Don’t ever stay in that hotel. Worse hotel stayed in. Overrated and pictures are misleading. First they told us they did not have our reservation, then when we show it to them, they charged us more and gave a room where nothing worked. No towels, no soap, no shampoo, we had to as for everything. The TV and the shower did not work. It was dirty. Everything was rusty in the shower. There were a couple of incidents in the hotel that kept us awake until 3:30am because of the noise.

Stay away from this hotel at all costs! The unprofessional receptionist and hotel cleaners made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. We left a sign on the door, but the workers still entered our room and stole our exclusive and expensive Valentino perfume. Despite personally checking the room before checking out, we discovered items missing from our suitcase on our way to another city. The workers denied any involvement and were extremely rude when we called to confront them. We had to threaten police involvement before miraculously, the perfume was suddenly 'found' under the bed. It's clear that the staff can't be trusted. I've been to Morocco over 10 times and stayed in many places in Casablanca, but this hotel is the worst by far. Save yourself the trouble and find a more trustworthy and professional place to stay. The receptionist name was "Amina" and I do not know the names of all the other 3 ladies. The area does not even feel safe to be honest if you are walking around at night by oneself. I have been to the most dangerous places in the world so as a man with my lady she is in good hands but would not recommend for a women to walk around here
