2.0This hotel is overrated. It barely deserves 2 stars, not 4. There’s no elevator, and our room was on the third floor—we had to leave most of our luggage at reception as no help was offered to carry it upstairs. The room lacked basic amenities: no fridge, no cold water, and the mattresses were among the worst I’ve ever experienced. We even requested breakfast lunch boxes since we had to leave early, but the staff completely ignored our request. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.
