Great location
8.0The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, close to the main pedestrian street while still being in a quiet area. It was easy to walk to the fish market, historical landmarks, and many other attractions.
− Despite the building’s historic character and the thoughtful renovations, Suite 8 on the lower level still had a musty smell and a humid feeling - and felt somewhat like a dark basement. Brighter lighting might help create a more inviting atmosphere. I would recommend requesting one of the upstairs rooms if available, as I believe they offer a more pleasant overall experience.
