10.0A comida era maravilhosa, as bebidas e drinks servidos à vontade, a funcionária Lee era uma simpatia em pessoa. O nosso quarto era quentinho e silencioso. O motorista Tomas era divertido. Os games drive foram proveitosos, vimos 4,5 dos big five, em 4 passeios de carro! O leopardo não da para afirmar que foi visto totalmente pois estava longe e escondido entre os arbustos.
− Existe um conflito de interesse entre o hotel e os funcionários. Deixamos gorjeta na caixa do hotel, como sugerido no papel que recebemos no checkin e o nosso motorista reclamou que essa gorjeta da caixa é dividida igualmente entre todos. Deveria existir um consenso entre as partes, ou seja, ou a caixinha deve ser diretamente entregue ao funcionário ou ao hotel.

10.0Everything was amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left everything was thought of and we had the best time thanks to all the wonderful staff. Our game drives were incredible and a special mention for our driver Rhyme who tried his best to give find all the animals for us! Super pleased with our stay and we left with memories to last forever!
