5.0− Não gostei da indisponibilidade da anfitriã em relação a guardar nossas malas até o horário do Check-in. Disse que não havia como, porém sua funcionária disse que era possível sim acomodar as malas, pois o apartamento estava vazio. A funcionária salvou meu dia, porém a proprietária não fez questão nenhuma em nos ajudar, mesmo tendo condições para isso. Não sei o que ganha não facilitando a vida dos hóspedes.
