10.0Location was perfect literally next to the trail head and across the road from the pump track. Cabin was perfect for what we needed and bike storage was great.

− Bed mattresses were not very comfortable and the double was (I think) only a double size, not a queen, whilst the room had plenty of space for a larger bed

Cute and Convenient: Everything You Need for a Week in Derby
9.0Love the location. The closest property to the Derby trailhead, and super convenient to everything we needed. Also love the small, but very functional kitchen. Everything in it that we needed and more. Bike shed was great, too. Big, tidy, easy to get bikes charged at the end of the day. You can see the giant granite slab at the top of the final descent on Trouty, from either the porch or the bed in the main bedroom!
− No screens. We enjoyed letting the cool air and ambient sound in, but didn't much enjoy the bugs that followed. We live in QLD, so we're always a bit perplexed at the lack of door screens. Didn't like the coffee pod machine that seems incompatible with every pod available in Scottsdale Woolies.
