10.0Oda çok geniş ve güzeldi. Hizmet kalitesinden çok memnun kaldık. Tüm öğünleri otelin restoranında yedik. Sunum, servis konusunda hiç bir eksik yoktu. Sıcak yaklaşımları ve ilgileri için tüm otel personeline teşekkür ederiz.
− Sabah iki tane hamam böceği gördük ancak ormanın içinde olduğu için normal sanıyorum. Giderlerden gelmiş olabilir diye düşündük. Sonrasında giderleri kapattık ve bir daha görmedik.

9.0Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’accoglienza, la gentilezza di tutto lo Staff, il verde che la avvolge, la tranquillità della posizione, lo stile e l’ampiezza e gli arredi della camera con ampio bagno.
− La camera era poco insonorizzata; l’umidità si è fatta un po’ sentire (purtroppo ha piovuto di frequente nei tre giorni del nostro soggiorno). Colazione molto varia nel salato, meno nel dolce.

8.0Perla na naší cestě po Bali. Rezervoval jsem ještě v roce 2025 za staré ceny a poměr vůči kvalitě a pohodlí byl mimořádný. Vila s vlastním bazénem nemá chybu, oddělené ložnice i koupelny, velkoryse řešený venkovní prostor a velmi vstřícný personál.
− V letošním roce nejspíš hotel zapracoval na navýšení servisní úrovně a přistoupil k brutálnímu navýšení cen, což už je pro mě nepřijatelné. Jistě, personál byl pozorná, cítili jsme se velmi dobře a bezpečně, ale navýšení cen v řádu několikanásobků je mimo mísu. Pozor na extrémně kluzký povrch v koupelnách a při výstupu na venkovní terasu, hrubá dlažba je až na schodech a kolem bazénu, tady někdo nepřemýšlel.
