Friendly and helpful staff, but clearer enforcement of quiet hours would make the stay even more enjoyable.
9.0Friendly staff On the positive side, it was a nice touch that complimentary coffee and tea were available in the common area throughout our stay.
− Unfortunately, some guests did not respect the quiet hours. For example, someone was playing the piano on the first floor at 11 p.m. and again at 3 a.m. The building is old, so noise carries easily between floors. Our room was directly above the common areas, and unfortunately some guests did not follow the house rules. Perhaps guests should be informed more clearly about the quiet hours when they check in.
