The Manager ( Mohamed Moawad ), Provided excellent assistance for the Booking, to meet our every need .excellent service from him and all his staff , they are a Credit to him . Many thanks to GM/ Ahmed Qubaisy , you have an amazing hotel ,fantastic staff and provide superb hospitality. Thanks for a wonderful holiday We will recommend and we will come again.

9.0The stuff was very friendly and helpful, the beach was amazing, the bars and food quality was great. Room service was great and the whole place was clean.
− Activations and Activities was poor, and pool least depth was 140cm which didn’t suit some of our family members, but thankfully, Mr. Mohammed Moawed addressed our concerns right away :) Thanks again for the gifts and hospitality!
