6.0The property was beautiful and quiet. Outdoor pool area was absolutely beautiful and so wasn't the pool. Got to to see nature at its finest, first thing in the morning. For the most part is was "clean". When we walked in we could immediately smell the old musty closed in smell.. Upon first inspection the place was beautiful. Unfortunately, the place wasn't as clean as we initially realized. We found 2 dead roaches, after our first full day we had a live one walking across the livingroom floor. The pots and pans were horrible. I could not even cook my family food, everything stuck to the pan. The blinds were covered in cobwebs and dead flies and such. I'd honestly give it a 5.5 for a rating. There are other rentals belonging to the property, I'm willing to give them another shot but at a different rental property.

10.0Great property for an amazing price. I didn't get a chance to check out the Rec center but the townhouse was amazing. Cheaper than a lot of the hotels in the area and bigger. The only thing i wish was different was they would allow pets. Other than that, this might be my new go to.

8.0The property is in a really great area. The home itself is a great place to stay for a vacation, with many beds and enough rooms. However, the bathrooms and kitchen seemed not well maintained. While we did not need to use the kitchen, we were not keen to use the Bathroom for a shower since we didnt like it . Overall good stay, except clenliness of the place.
