10.0We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn during our overnight transit in Beijing. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We arrived late at night after a long international flight with our children, and the front desk manager was incredibly kind and attentive. Although we had booked a standard room for two people, the manager generously upgraded us to a spacious room with two large beds so our whole family could rest comfortably. As an additional gesture of kindness, they also provided a complimentary breakfast for our 13-year-old daughter. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service. It made our short transit stay much more relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
