Pathetic Experience and Stolen goods from room
2.0They checked me out in my absence one day before and took my luggage out of my room in the lobby. They stolen all my belongings and never return me. My 300$ shoes are stolen by their staff. Then I have to call police on them. They agreed to return my shoes and belonging but they never. After calling police they checked me in at 1:30am. The owner of the hotel escalade all this situation.

10.0Very nice, clean room, relaxed atmosphere. Great host, very polite and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant on the third floor was very good and more than adequate. Highly recommended due to its great location in the old town! Thank you very much for our pleasant stay!

10.0Отель находится в старом городе, это очень атмосферно и аутентично, по всему центру города есть возможность прогуляться пешком. Отличные завтраки, прекрасный видовой ресторан. Номера просторные, со своей восточной стилистикой, очень порадовало наличие утюга и гладильной доски. И отдельно хочу отметить и поблагодарить персонал на рецепции: очень внимательные, приветливые и заботливые сотрудники. С нашими тяжелыми чемоданами их помощь была на вес золота!!!
