The villa was VERY spacious! We really enjoyed our family time, but my husband and I also enjoyed the private deck that was attached to the master. Our 2 boys enjoyed the downstairs bedroom that included 2 super comfy twin beds and a TV, while the 2 girls took over the loft area which also had 2 comfy twin beds and plenty of space for them to be teenage girls. The living room was big enough for all 6 of us to sit and enjoy time together. The kitchen was equipped with ANY and ALL utensils and cookware that we needed... and plenty of things we did not need. Everything was super clean and organized. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. I saw reviews saying there was not enough toilet paper, so we brought our own, only to get there and there be PLENTY of toiletries. The home could use a little update, but it was super cozy, clean, and just what we needed for a short get away.

− The bed in the master room was super comfy, but it was a full/double size bed. My husband and I are use to our king size bed so that did pose somewhat of an issue, but there is also a pullout in the living room that we utilized and made the best of it. Had we not had a family member who is an employee and property owner, we would have had to pay $20/day per person for use of the community amenities (pool, lake, etc) so heads up on that. That can get expensive when you have a large family.

We loved the location. And Big Canoe. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great for the most part. And we loved the quiet little town.

− Cabin could have been a little cleaner, bathroom and kitchen was clean but we found someone's dirty clothes under the foot of the bed, and dirty paper towels next to the nightstand.

Fun cabin in the mountains! Good for families

The pictures look AI generated compared to the property amenities. There were no paddle boats, no boats, $20 fee per person to use indoor pool?? Restaurants are at least 4 miles from the cabin not a two minute walk. Clubhouse was booked for a private event. They lost my reservation or could not find it, disappointed overall there was no mention that there would be no paddle boats and a huge charge to use the indoor pool. It also said the restaurants were 2 minute walk. That is a definitely false. Pros: the cabins were extremely clean.
