A lovely stay in a great location
10.0The location was absolutely fantastic, right on Piazza di Spagna, with the Spanish Steps practically on the doorstep. It was a brilliant base for exploring Rome, with many of the main attractions, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The person who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, arranging an airport taxi and recommending some excellent restaurants and gelato places.
− The accommodation is on the third floor, so there are quite a few steps to climb, although there is a small one-person lift which is helpful. The bathroom was a little more tired than the photos suggested, but it was clean, and the shower had very good water pressure.
Amazing Stay and Awesome Location
10.0The host Fabio and his staff are amazing people and super helpful... The location is perfect, central, next to the metro so what you can see by walking for 5 minutes, you can go by metro that cost $2 Euros. I stay in the room with 2 brothers and it was perfectly fine. I will definitely, when staying in Rome, stay at this place again.
Would love to stay again in the future.

Guest review
10.0We were warmly welcomed by Fabio on arrival in the fantastic location of The Spanish Steps where he helped carry our luggage up to our room. Fabio went over and above, offering suggestions for dinner and other areas of interest. He has a very friendly and caring manner, ensuring our stay was both comfortable and memorable. Thankyou for your hospitality Fabio. We would love to return one day. Jen & Andrew
