− I booked this property with the expectation of staying in a hotel, based on the way it was advertised and presented online. However, upon arrival, I found that the accommodation more closely resembled a guest house than a hotel, which was not consistent with my expectations when making the reservation. As a result, I chose not to proceed with my stay. I believe the property's description should be more accurate and transparent regarding the type of accommodation being offered, so that potential guests can make informed booking decisions. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and did not match my expectations.

Pleasant stay but its not near the beach by any means.

Definitely not visiting again and it is not worth it anymore.
2.0I have always been staying with them for the past 5 years but this time it was horrible. I only liked the location which is central and close to the companies I need to visit.
− The room was dirty, there was no wardrobe. They bought one portable one upon my complain. The washroom had water pressure issues, there was air in the pipes which was splashing water all over, even after my complaint the plumber came and the issue was still not resolved. I requested them to change my room but they could not do it. The WIFI did not come in the room, only signals available when you are near to the door of the room. I had to experience insects in the room and on the bed. The owner has just excuses and nothing more about all these issues. They gave me a discount of 10K PKR on the total of bill of 132K PKR for my stay but this does not help or cover the issues i faced and had a horrible stay.
They seem to have actually improved alot in terms of cleanliness, food and service. They delayed my check out time till
