6.0Bij aankomst werd ik vriendelijk ontvangen door een mannelijke medewerker. Alles verliep goed. Ik heb lekker gegeten.
− Bij vertrek veranderde de houding van een andere mannelijke en een vrouwelijke medewerker echter toen bleek dat ik niet met euro’s kon betalen. Ze reageerden erg onvriendelijk en deden alsof mijn geld nep was. Dat vond ik erg teleurstellend. Ik voelde me daardoor op een vreemde en onaangename manier behandeld.
Good location and comfortable room, but cleanliness was below expectation.
3.0Hotel location were strategic for shopping and dining around.
− Floors and toilet were not cleaned as i was expecting a daily cleaning. Expected a nice view from Level 27, but the windows were stained with dirt.
