10.0Lovely hotel, great position by the canal and basilica. We had a flat tyre in the morning and Mathilda on Reception was an absolute star, Googling methods for loosening tight bolts, watching YouTube videos then jumping on the wrench herself to loosen them - Amazing, thank you. Very good meal too.
