10.0Lovely room. Nice seperate living and sleeping area. Really enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. Less than 15min walk to the main train station and tram stations. Staff was very nice and helpful.

10.0I liked the hospitality of the staff. The front desk sat us down on check in and went over everything and even gave all of us (5) a glass of lemonade. Breakfast was available each morning for a small fee and they have a sake tasting event every night. The one issue we had was addressed right away, so not worth mentioning. Only down side is it's a moderate walk to Hiroshima or the first street car on the other side of the river. There is a bus stop another street over and two blocks down though. Bottom line though...I would certainly stay here again. The price was reasonable and the staff made it a pleasant experience.

8.0新しくとてもキレイで部屋も広く快適でした。 ただ、アレクサがフロントに通じず不便、朝食は部屋食だったが取りに行かなくてはならず、３人だったのでソファベッドを使用したが凸凹していていまいちでした。
Excellent hotel, room, check in staff and bagels!
10.0Very nice little hotel with excellent desk staff who were very helpful and are there 8am-10pm, something which is becoming rare in Japan these days. We ordered the breakfast bagels which were fantastic - they came in a beautiful basket with granola, yogurt, cream cheese, jam etc and was one of the highlights of our stay. It seems like a small thing but they were so well done and so beautifully presented that it really was a highlight! Room was perfect, looked brand new and well appointed. Would highly recommend.

10.0It has a family owned feel with plenty of personal touches like a local lemonade and sake drinks, and photo to remember the trip by. Additionally, it is an easy 13 minute walk from the Hiroshima train station and all the major tourist spots. I definitely recommend!!
Good to know
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
