Clean, basic and comfortable accommodation.
8.0Clean, modern and comfortable but is basic accommodation with a number of failings: poor shower, rooms are lit up by corridor lighting at night so impedes sleep, there are no room facilities (cups, coffee, etc) and internal floors can be very slippy under foot after rainfall (but expect rains!). Staff are friendly and polite which helps on any stay.

8.0The hotel property is clean but a bit old, it could do with renovations. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Restaurant food options are ok, and breakfast was good but with limited options. The swimming pool is clean. The hotel is very good value for money.

10.0Excellent accommodation clean and close to beach. Rooms are large and overlook the swimming pool. They offer various room rates with breakfast or room only. Staff very friendly . Rooms are cleaned everyday i would definitely recommend this hotel

6.0The room was spacious and cool. However, the pillows and bed were hard. Bedsheets and towels were changed every day. I had an issue with my shower, but this was resolved very quickly when mentioned at reception. The place was immaculately clean, and ALL the staff worked extremely hard to keep it this way. A special shout out for Ranjab the trainee waiter at breakfast service. He tried his best and was always smiling and happy to help. Also, Junior, one of the evening waiters, his cheerful, smiling face, was always a pleasure, and he's generally chatty banter was fun. What this place lacks in amenities it makes up for with a wonderful staff team. The use of the beach at the Jacaranda hotel is a bonus as it's really beautiful and relaxing.
