6.0I wanted to share my recent experience during check-out. Unfortunately, I was treated quite rudely and felt pressured to leave, even though my scheduled check-out time was still a few hours away. This made the end of my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope this feedback can help improve future guest experiences.
