Overall, it was a stay that exceeded my expectations
10.0The furniture in the room was quite new and more than adequate. Having a washing machine was extremely practical, as it allowed us to return home with clean luggage and no dirty clothes. The kitchen was also useful and functional, and the view was amazing, overlooking the ski lifts.
− Independently of the accommodation, the road from Tbilisi to Gudauri Ski Resort feels outdated, with heavy truck traffic and many dangerous overtaking maneuvers. The journey takes at least three hours. Within Gudauri, the roads are not properly cleared of snow and are full of potholes. Parking options are very limited, so renting a car is definitely not recommended—it will only become a hassle. We arranged a transfer, but even that couldn’t reach directly in front of the hotel because the vehicle’s tires slipped on the ice, so we had to walk the remaining distance.

Comfortable skiing-oriented apartment.
9.0Cozy, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped room. The host is friendly and helpful. There is a convenient ski storage in the building. The ski box in the storage works well (door, lock, inner details, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with lots of dishes and cookware. The fridge is quite capacious (not tiny like a minibar) - we grabbed some food from home and placed it in easily. Large wardrobe with hangers. The location is close to ski lifts: you can get to them by skiing directly from the hotel entrance. One of the pistes goes by the hotel, so you can finish the skiing right near the hotel, avoiding walking in ski boots.
− There is only one property key (a card). It is inconvenient when you are skiing independently from your roommate, and you often need to wait for one another to get to the room.
