10.0Casa pulita e molto accogliente,posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia con vista mare dal living,padrone di casa veramente cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa,consiglio vivamente.

9.0l'alloggio ha rispettato tutto quanto promesso nell'annuncio, abbiamo trovato una piccola dotazione di benvenuto che abbiamo apprezzato e il gestore si è mostrato molto rapido nel rispondere ad una nostra richiesta durante il soggiorno. c'è una bella vista sul mare, direzione tramonto, e la spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi, particolare molto raro nelle case a Pizzo. è anche possibile stendere i panni fuori dalla finestra, in uno spazio coperto dalla falda del tetto sovrastante , in tal modo non prendono l'umidità della notte.
− la casa soffre della mancanza di uno spazio esterno ma era tutto già precisato nell'annuncio quindi non è un difetto vero e proprio.

10.0We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was lovely and the location was perfect - just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach that was never crowded. The host was incredibly kind and always quick to respond to any messages or questions. Nothing was ever a problem. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!
