− المصاعد تتطول بالانتظار نظافة الموكيت السرير متعب شوي اللوبي صغير
فندق بسيط مخيب للآمال
3.0− الاثاث عليه بقع ولا يوجد تنظيف للغرف يعني طول فترة الاقامه لم ياتي احد لتنظيف الغرف الاصاصنير. فترة انتظار طويله الافطار سيء وغير لذيذ الخيز قديم طلبت غرفتان وحده تنفيذي وحده توأم طلبت ان يكونو يجانب بعض ولكن وضعونا بادوار مختلفه علما كان حجزي قبل فتره معقوله تسمح لترتيب هذا الطلب عالاقل بنفس الدور وكذلك الطلبات اللي تطلبها منهم لا يكون لها اي اهتمام من قبلهم موظفي الريسبشن لطفاء ولكن الفندق بسيط جدا لن اكرر الزياره

7.0موقع الفندق في وسط الرياض
− 1- الكوفي الدور الارضي الموظفه مكشره وغير مبتسمه وتعاملها سيئ. 2- دورات المياه والابواب فيها صدأ والمروش المويه ماتروح للمجرى وتبقى ناقعه وقت طويل. 3- البوفيه حق الافطار سيئ بمعنى الكلمه ولايوجد فيه تنوع والاكل يغث ومو جديد ويعور البطن والخبز قديم حرفيا يعني تاكل وانت خايف تتعب وتتسمم وفعلا هذا اللي حصل معي . 4- المصاعد بطيئة جدا وتنتظر كثير. 5- الاثاث مو فخم يعتبر عادي جدا. 6 - تعامل الاستقبال حق شفت الخروج جدا سيئ وكلمتهم بدري استأذن منهم واصروا اني اخرج الساعه 12 الظهر! وبالمحاولات يالله طاعوني اطلع 1:30م. وللامانه هالوقت الظهر حر وبعز الحر مافي اي مرونه او تجاوب ع الاقل يأخروني الين 3 العصر ورفضوووو تماما
