7.0La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, literalmente la escalera de la pasarela de la estación del Metrobus Güzelyurt, está apenas se sale del hotel. Igualmente están justo al frete las paradas de autobuses, a unos breves minutos caminando está el centro comercial Marmara Park y a pocas estaciones del Metrobus está el Centro de Congresos y Convenciones de Ferias Tüyap. La habitación es bastante espaciosa con camas cómodas y excelente servicio de Internet. En la planta baja está una panadería (Çenberlitaş Börekçisi), en la que tienen un menú bastante completo (destacando la variedad de panes propios del lugar y muy sabrosos) y brindan una atención esmerada con la que hacen sentir en familia.
− Que al llegar, en su sistema tenían mi reserva con otras fechas, por lo cual no nos esperaban y por ello no tenían la habitación asignada, así que tocó esperar a que solucionaran esa situación. En la habitación no hay suficientes enchufes, lo que hace un tanto engorroso el poner a cargar los equipos. Igualmente la poceta está casi a ras de la puerta del baño, a la ducha le faltaba el difusor (rociador), el mecanismo para regular el agua tibia y caliente tiene un mecanismo poco amigable, no tenían donde colgar las toallas ni colocar el jabón y el champú y le faltaba profundizar en la limpieza, lo que generaba ciertas incomodidades.
