4.0Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the kettle was not working, informed the reception but it was never replaced, reception personnel was nice and polite but absolutely no actions was taken about complaints.

10.0I am writing this review according to my wife experience. The Hotel it is not fare from the Airport and the center , Hotel is clean and they clean and change bed sheets regularly, the staff they are incredibly helpful and friendly, Manger Mathew he’s very professional and helpful and so is the staff especially Elize I talked to them daily during my wife 10 Days staying in the hotel. I really appreciate they’re service and help I do recommend to every one especially the prize is affordable for long periods.

10.0The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Took advantage of the Arab restaurant location to walk to dinner I highly recommend
Average hotel , Poor breakfast and no air con.
6.0The Hotel rooms is clean and large, but the most negative issue is the very poor breakfast. I have noticed that many guests made comments about the very poor breakfast since almost one year but nothing was done to solve that by hotel management, and the funny thing the Hotel management they reply with one statement for all different complaints 😳 Also no air condition in rooms And room service is limited

2.0Tv not working no towels no WiFi in room I have bad experience plus non manger on Hotel I changed three rooms same problem their is no Enginnering person in hotel am not suggesting anyone to staying!!
Best apartment hotel in Addis
8.0Great location, attractive public rooms, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Appreciate if you could include more items in the breakfast menu. Well done to all concerned!
