9.0The amount of beds was great for our family. It was also really neat being on the water, our last day we got to enjoy watching manatees playing. It was convenient having a restaurant steps away to get dinner when we were too tired from driving to go anywhere and they had vegetarian options. It was very spacious and parking was fine. My husband was thrilled that he could fish off the houseboat, we asked and got permission first.
− I was a little annoyed that we had to pay a substantial cleaning fee and then were told to clean the dishes and take out the garbage. I would never leave somewhere trashed anyway but it rubbed me the wrong way to pay $150 and then be told to clean.

Beautiful marina with clean, small houseboat
10.0Loved the location! Small marina with fishing charters meant fish cleaning on end of dock….brought all kinds of sea life to watch from our patio. Sharks, manatees and tarpons to mention a few. Very clean room and friendly people around.
− The price was a little steep after adding the cleaning fee.
