− The location of the hotel was in thr middle of construction and very difficult to reach there

The hotel was significantly overpriced for its location, and the overall experience did not provide good value for money

− One of the biggest issues I experienced was with the shuttle bus service. The shuttle schedule was very unreliable. It was often late, and sometimes it did not arrive at all, which made it very difficult for guests returning from the Haram. What was disappointing is that many smaller and much less expensive hotels provide a better shuttle service. Their shuttles wait until the last guest who wants to leave the Haram has boarded before departing. I hope the hotel will improve the shuttle service by making it more reliable and ensuring that the buses operate on time and meet the needs of all guests.
