− The hot water system took too long to warm up and the drainage wasnot good enough, sometimes it flooded the bathroom while waiting for the water to warm up.
Nice centralized city hotel to explore Semarang for 2-3 days but not more
7.0We are party of 5 adults and 2 kids staying in 2 rooms; one triple room and one family room with bunk beds. We like it that the hotel has family room with bunk beds - it fits perfect with our family. We appreciate that hotel puts us side by side - very convenient for us. We love the location, central and close to food and entertainment. The staff also extremely helpful and responsive to our need. The room is also spacious for triple and family room. Water dispenser in the lobby is appreciated. Hot water pressure for shower is excellent!
− The bed is not overly comfortable. No tea, coffee provided in the room. Towels also very old. Bathroom is fine but would be nicer if additional ammenity provided such as hanger in the bathroom. We find it difficult to hang anything in the bathroom. Additional trash can in the bathroom would also appreciated. The room is not sound proof, we could hear people come and go outside especially our rooms are close to the elevator. Please also change the soap, it doesnt do the job! Overall I think the hotel is good for family on budget who wants to explore Semarang on budget and dont plan to stay too much in the hotel.
