Wonderful 1 bedroom condo in Midtown.

This is a condo that has individually owned units. The building is safe and the area is good but you have to make sure you are dealing with an owner that cares about the property and takes care of his guests. THIS OWNER DOES NOT! Read all of the reviews carefully for this address.

− We had numerous problems during our stay and DO NOT recommend this apartment. Our problems began before we could even check in. When we arrived in the evening, we were told that the owner’s account had been BLOCKED by the condominium, so we were unable to access the property. We were forced to wait for over an hour while the owner resolved the issue. Once that was finally handled, we discovered that the key cards did not work, leaving us unable to enter the building and stranded in the parking lot ....we dealt with problem of accessing the building for two days. There were several issues inside the apartment. A window was BROKEN and would not close properly, allowing the air conditioning to escape. There was also a BROKEN window shade that would not block the light. The owner told us there was nothing he could do about it, so we literally had to put pillows in the window to darken the room enough to sleep! The television and Wi-Fi were also NOT working when we arrived, and we had to wait for those issues to be addressed. Another frustrating problem was the air-conditioning timer. The air conditioning automatically shut off at 11:30 p.m., requiring us to wake up and turn it back on. Then it shut off again at 6:30 a.m., requiring us to get up yet again to restart it. This made a comfortable night's sleep extremely difficult. Communication was another MAJOR PROBLEM. The owner responded during the first 24 hours, but after that we had to contact Booking.com to get him to communicate with us. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. These were not minor inconveniences or one isolated problem. This owner simply does not properly prepare for arriving guests. We encountered problems with building access, the key cards, a broken window, a broken shade, Wi-Fi, television, and the air conditioning—all basic things that should have been checked and working before a guest arrived. This is nothing less than pure negligence by the owner.

it was so clean and very nice.

− it was a slight issue with checking in but the host made sure my stay was worth it.

We enjoyed our stay until next time. Everything was perfect. Nice clean environment.

L emplacement, l immeuble et l’appartement si il aurait été nettoyé

− A l arrivé on vous demande 50 dollars pour récupérer les clés , et on s aperçoit que les 2 clés sont dans l appartement…car quand on part on nous demande de mettre les 3 clés dans l appartement pour piéger les futurs vacanciers comme nous ??? Ménage et lit non fait , nous avons dû faire les lits et nettoyer la Salle de bain , les toilettes …etc … poignée fenêtre cassée, j’ai tout noté .. j avais trop peur qu en plus on le prenne la caution …. On vous dit pour 7 et il manquait un lit ?????? Donc on a du s arranger .. honteux !!! Piscine soit disant ouverte et nous avons essayé à plusieurs heures et c était fermé…
