1.0Showed up and they would only give us a room if we paid cash because the boss was asleep. Had to go find another hotel. Also the people who finally came to the door that was locked did not speak English

2.0I was given a confirmation for the booking. Then 5-6 hours later received a notice they were overbooked and cancelled my reservation. as of this writing I have yet to receive a refund.
