Great place, the old house building, close to Metro station, Clean appartment, nice indoor yard window view, kind help and answers from the owner.

− It was hard for me to get appartment key code instructions, but within few days it was fine, I managed well.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención por parte de Giorgio, que en todo momento fue muy paciente y amable, me respondía a todas las dudas sin ningún problema y me transmitió la confianza para reservar el alojamiento. No hemos tenido problema en realizar el check-in, a pesar de que llegamos por la noche y tuvimos algo de retraso en el vuelo, pero la buena comunicación y la facilidad de tener el traslado desde el aeropuerto al alojamiento, facilitó mucho el poder llegar más rápido debido a la hora. La ubicación del alojamiento me resultó tranquila y segura, muy cerca del Vaticano y del Castillo de Sant'Angelo, y si necesitabas ir a otros sitios del centro, había paradas de autobuses cercanas. La habitación también me resultó muy tranquila y cómoda y la limpieza ha sido correcta. En la habitación había un calentador de agua para preparar un café o té si quería, además de disponer de más almohadas, por lo que en todo momento hemos estado muy cómodos. El aire acondicionado ha funcionado bien y eso se agradece en época estival. Mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva, todo muy bien y muy tranquilo, lo que nos ha permitido descansar tras haber pasado unos días de turismo en la ciudad. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Roma, volvería a confiar en este sitio para quedarme de nuevo. Se agradece poder descansar en buenas condiciones y tener facilidades, ya que la comunicación ha sido muy fluida y buena y hemos tenido muy buena experiencia.

− Aunque la cama era cómoda, es cierto que se hundía un poco hacia el centro, no sé si se debe al somier o al propio uso y tiempo que puede tener el colchón. Esta sería la única puntualización que le pondría.
