2.0This hotel should not have a licence to be in the tourism business. Words can't describe the horror I found when I made a mistake and booked this prison cell for a week. I warn everyone to stay away from this hotel as it many health hazards and safety issues. Dirty is not enough to describe this hotel. They don't even sweep the floor for new guests. Hair and dust balls in every corner of the room and the smell is so bad coming from the bathrooms since the building is so old and the owner have vowed not to spend a penny fixing anything. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat and no doors for the shower tub, so water will spill out on the bathroom floor and become slippery. A broken small 15 inch tv with a broken remote. There is not even an electric water heater to make coffee in the morning. The staff are clueless and don't speak one word in English. I left the very next day and asked for a refund for the rest of the days that did not spend there but they refused and charged me for the whole week. This hotel is a trap and you have been warned. I made a video of the horror I saw at the Ala Grand Hotel and I will put it on YouTube for you to watch. Am just surprised how Hotels.com have this place on their platform. I hold Hotels.com responsible as well for bad advertising.
