Lovely place to stay in Jaipur
9.0Beautiful building, welcoming and attentive staff. Special mention to Shashank who looked after us so well in the restaurant. The food in Shamaima is excellent.
− Sound insulation is not great. You can hear people scraping chairs in the room above. It isn’t the hotel’s fault that many people seem to spend so much time in hotel rooms shifting furniture! but better sound insulation would help mitigate the effects. That said, all the guests in the hotel (and we were there on a busy weekend) were quiet and respectful of others, and we slept well. Breakfast a little disappointing on our last day… lots of kitchen staff around, but they struggled to fulfil an order of French toast and didn’t seem to be interested.
