Best resort in Shantiniketan
10.0Spacious room. Jacuzzi on the terrace was the icing on the cake.
− Nothing in particular. Early check in would have helped though.

7.0Very aesthetically and tastefully designed. Peaceful and refreshing colour tones used. Good food quality. Staff is well behaved and boarder-friendly.
− 1. Proper toiletries weren’t provided. 2. Room cleaning wasn’t done proactively. Had to keep asking to get it done. 3. No WiFi. 4. DG backup isn’t instaneous.
Overall it was quite a pleasant except that one reason.
9.0Location is amidst plush greenery. Last day of the stay , we didn't get breakfast options as the buffet was not set . The property didn't have any other guests.. that was the reason they said , which left us a bit annoyed, as if we weren't guests .
