It felt like a very personal quiet cosy home for a restful getaway

10.0The property is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are at opposite sides of the unit so there is some privacy at night. The kitchen is well stocked, but we did not do any cooking so I am not sure about making anything other than breakfast. There is parking for two cars infront of the unit and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. The backyard is a nice addition. The owner is lovely and very responsive. We had one minor issue and she handled it quickly and well. The only thing I would change about the house is a better light over the front door. We were mostly coming home late and the front door lock is not lit until you touch it. So an out door light over the door would help. I used my cell phone flashlight and that worked well. If you need a cozy comfortable place to stay in Gainesville choose this lovely unit!!

10.0The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient and close to shops. About 3 miles from UF campus. At first glance, the area around the apartment seemed a little sketchy, but it was safe. I will be staying here again!
