La struttura potrebbe essere accogliente ma scarsa manutenzione. Management piuttosto scazzato.

− location potenzialmente buona ma bisognosa di manutenzione. Lo sciacquone ha perso acqua allagando il bagno e nonostante due telefonate al numero indicato, di cui due anno avuto risposta ma senza esiti, una è caduta nel vuoto. La situazione si è risolta solo dopo 3 ore, quando ho intercettato un ragazzo delle pulizie che ha chiamato per farmi cambiare stanza. Nella camera nuova la doccia non si chiudeva, per 4 giorni non sono state fatte le pulizie, nemmeno lo scarico del cestino dei rifiuti e ho trovato un paio di mutande da uomo per terra, sotto il lavandino evidentemente lì da prima che arrivassi. Il tutto per quasi 110 euro a notte.

− La porta della struttura sempre aperta anche di notte, praticamente dal pianerottolo ti ritrovi dietro la camera, per una questione di sicurezza.
