This was not worth the money I paid.
2.0Location was right, where I needed it
− The property was subpar. Broken toilet seats, no towels in the bathrooms and poorly maintained fixtures.
Very Relaxing and Convenient, most definitely the perfect stay for the perfect price.

So disgusting that we did not stay
1.0− The facilities were not maintained very well. It was very dirty and not maintained well at all. When we opened the bathroom, a cockroach ran by. The doors were extremely hard to open and shut. There was dirt on the wall walls and the doors. Just a very dirty place and we did not stay for the night.

4.0Location was great for Amerant Banl Arena; However would not recommend for an extended stay, very minimal service, or accommodations; Felt cold, not very warming to guests; Problem with doors & lamps; no side table; Value not worth it for one night
